I am mobile and offer In-Home and Gym programs and Personal Training to assist you in reaching your fitness goals !
After thorough research of your health and physical condition, I’ll be able to design a specific exercise program to meet your individual needs and goals.
With this plan you’ll be able to do your exercises effectively even without personal training supervision.
If you find you need more motivation than just a program to follow, I am available for one on one personal training to ensure you get your workout’s in! I have a gym in my residence so you can come to me or I can come to you. I can also provide outdoor training during the spring, summer and fall
We offer packages of 4, 8, 12, 16 individual training packages.
